West Paw’s Love It Guarantee

If the Zogoflex toy proves not to be fully suitable for the dog within six months of purchase, we will replace the toy for an alternative from West Paw. The right to replacement is limited to once per design, per household. To process the warranty, we ask for a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that West Paw's Love It Guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear.

When reporting a complaint/reimbursement, please always mention the specific item (including size and color), provide the reason for the return, and preferably include a photo.
