Das Futterhaus is a leading German pet store chain with a strong presence in Germany and Austria. Approach

To successfully introduce the District70 FLOW at Das Futterhaus, we took the following steps:

  1. Product Introduction at the Headquarters: During a presentation at the Das Futterhaus headquarters, we presented the unique features and benefits of the FLOW water fountain. The innovative wireless functionality and design immediately appealed, resulting in a quick addition to their assortment.
  2. Support by Regional Managers: After central approval, the regional managers of Das Futterhaus visited the stores to introduce the FLOW water fountain. They provided product training and emphasized the unique selling points to the store staff.
  3. Rollout to Stores: Thanks to this targeted approach, hundreds of Das Futterhaus stores included the District70 FLOW water fountain in their assortment, even before the season officially began.
