How can I order?
Warmako.com is a business webshop (B2B) and you can only order by logging in first. You need to create an account first. After approval of your account, the prices of the items will become visible and you can order.
What is the status of my order?
Most orders are processed the same day. After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation. Once your order is packed, you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace code so you can track your order.
Do you hold backorders?
No we do not hold backorders. This is only possible on request. Please contact our customer service at [email protected]
Product is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?
Products that are out of stock cannot be reserved online or kept in backorder. However, you can leave your e-mail address with the article on the website. As soon as the article is in stock at the warehouse, you will be notified in your mailbox.
Can I add anything to my order after my order has been placed?
At Warmako.com, we try to process and deliver all your orders within 48 hours. This means that as soon as your order arrives, we process it immediately in our warehouse. As a result, it is not possible to add items to your order. We recommend that you place a new order.
You can also choose to put your order through later in the day and add any additional orders from your customers before putting everything through. Orders received before 2pm can often be delivered the next day.
Are there shipping costs?
For orders above €150 with delivery to Benelux, Germany and France, you pay no shipping costs. For orders below this amount, our standard shipping costs apply.

The invoice will be emailed to you.
How can I pay the invoice?
On the shop of Warmako.com you can pay via all known methods, such as iDEAL, Creditcard, PayPal, Bankcontact and AfterPay. If you have any questions about your payment, please contact our accounts receivable department at [email protected].
Returns
How can I return items?
You can easily register your return via this link. After registration, you will receive a label that you can stick on the parcel. During the return process, you will always be informed on time about the status of your return. For returns to be accepted, it is important that the products are still in their original packaging and that they can be reprocessed by us in our warehouse (incl. labels). To register the return, you only need the order number (for example: 60198781) and your e-mail address.
Are there charges for returning items?
When you receive items from us that are damaged upon arrival and no longer sellable, you can of course return them at our expense. If you want to return or exchange items because they do not meet your expectations and sales are disappointing, the return costs are basically yours. We ask you to contact your sales representative for this.
Can I return all items?
Items bought on sale or specific seasonal items cannot be returned. Of course, you can if the items arrive damaged. However, it is not possible to return a specific summer collection after the summer, for example. Please discuss this clearly in advance with your representative.

Can I drop ship items directly to my customers?
Yes, Warmako easily dropships all pet supplies to your customers via Droppery. Simply link your shop and we will do the rest. Fast delivery, no stock management and always an extensive range.
How does dropshipping work at Warmako?
Warmako works with dropshipping platform Droppery. This system integrates seamlessly with your own webshop via a client-ready API link. All you need is a compatible system such as Magento, Lightspeed, Shopware, WooCommerce, Shopify, BigCommerce or Prestashop.
Once you have received permission to link your shop, you can load our items directly into your shop. The stock is automatically synchronised with ours, so you always have an up-to-date overview. When a customer places an order for pet products in your shop, Droppery ensures that these items are shipped by us in neutral packaging directly to the customer.

Droppery will contact you within one working day and activate the link to your webshop.
Are there any costs associated with dropshipping with Warmako?
There are normally monthly fees for a Droppery account, but if you sign up through Warmako, we will cover these costs. Droppery shipping costs are lower than normal web orders because dropshipment orders usually consist of one product and one box, resulting in lower handling and shipping costs compared to larger webshop orders.

In addition, you can decide per order which items you might still want to send yourself instead of directly to the customer.
Product range
Can I download images of the different brands from the shop?
You cannot download images from the shop without Warmako's express permission, as the brands offered through our B2B platform each have their own policies regarding intellectual property, including images.
Warmako customers can access our image library to download all product images and lifestyle images there. Please contact us if you have any questions about this.
May I copy product descriptions from Warmako.com?
Warmako has invested a lot in creating and developing content, often in consultation and collaboration with various brand suppliers. If you want to use product descriptions for your own use, this is of course no problem. However, republishing this content online is not allowed. The intellectual property of the content belongs to Warmako.
Why can't I order some brands through the B2B shop?
A number of brands offered through our platform work with selective distribution in terms of online sales channels. These are therefore available selectively and only after permission from the brands concerned.
