You can easily register your return via this link. Once you've registered, you'll receive a label to attach to the package. Throughout the return process, we'll keep you informed about the status of your return. For returns to be accepted, it's important that the products remain in their original packaging and can be processed back into our warehouse by us (including labels). To register the return, you only need the order number (for example: 60198781 or WAR11570) and your email address.
If you receive items from us that are damaged upon arrival and cannot be resold, you can of course return them at our expense. However, if you wish to return or exchange items that do not meet your expectations and where sales are disappointing, the return costs are generally borne by you. We ask you to contact your representative for this.
Items purchased during the sale or specific seasonal items cannot be returned indiscriminately. Naturally, damaged items can be returned. However, it is not possible, for example, to return a specific summer collection after the summer. Please discuss this clearly with your representative beforehand.
