The Zwig is made of Zogoflex Echo™ - Zogoflex but with a hollow inside. Made for dogs who enjoy a good bouncing effect. If the toy proves totally unsuitable for the dog within 6 months of purchase, we will replace it with a stronger alternative from West Paw. Replacements are limited to once per design, per household. We require a valid receipt or proof of purchase to honor the guarantee. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear.
